I want to inject a pure oxygen OR to add a liquified oxygen to a solution of the chloride to get the perc as I mentioned above not the Electrolytic method !
I know that it should be in the lab and under a low temp. atmosphere to use the liquified oxygen but injecting a pure oxygen from a tank of welding my be easier to be used. Am I right ? Correct me if not .

It takes an enormous amount of energy to make (per)chlorates, chlorine is very electronegative.

In general ? while it?s fun chemistry project ? try to buy perchlorates. There are too many things that can effect the quality of your final product, and render it as sensitive as chlorate. Then again, where Bernie and me practice pyrotechnic, we can just order from Skylighter aren?t we lucky?!?!?

But unfortunatily I'm not lucky bacause I don't live in UK and I can't order oxidizers for other countries. The only oxidizers those I can get in my country are KNO3, AN , Calcium Nitrate and Sodium chlorate.

As we say over here... "Where there's a will there's a way" - ie You can get anything if you really try.
