Your charcoal cooker is very nice. My main problem is that I live in the middle of town. Testing devices isn't a problem, it is just extended outdoor activities that I have trouble with at times. I may just work on getting a metal 5 gallon bucket. I didn't realise the 21 quart cooker made that much. Ideally I would like to be able to make 2-4 pounds of charcoal at once. Then I can do a batch or two in the spring and be set for the year. Perhaps I will look into a garage sale for a canning pot, or a 5 metal gallon bucket.
