No!
It?s a bad enough idea ramming chlorates as it is, but with 10% FeTi it would be crazy!
Even with the (relatively) safe to ram bp type comps you shouldn't use any more than 5% FeTi, as their addition can sensitize mixtures, not to mention the risk of sparks from bits of the metal colliding when rammed.

I strongly recommend NOT trying that mix!

p.s. I liked your other fountian by the way!

You are very lucky to have seen one of those fountains cause ive heard a lot about it. Unfortunatly I won't have the ability to make one of them for a while but I am making a much larger version of the above fountain :) ps I tried to make that bp slow for rockets ;) I only milled it for about 3 hours.

Guess you never read my Post on House keeping, The one where I had spilled a bit of H-3 Burst on My Workshop floor, After putting the shell in the Magazine, I came back to clean up and found the h3 Coated Corn cob or rice hulls, don't remember now, anyway, quite surprized because it exploded from my walking over it, from the friction.......NO, It would not be safe to Ram H3, I suppose with a Blast Shielded Press you could try it, But I'd START REALLY SMALL, your also going to have to really press it at high pressure as I think you will have nothing more than a hefty Maroon otherwise......Good Job On The Willow, Slow Willow I Mean...hehe

Probably sulfur on the floor or your shoes, H3 by itself is pretty hard to ignite from impact or friction.

15 seconds of searching came up with this:

H3
Potassium Chlorate 75%
Charcoal Airfloat 25%

"Note that this is basically the same as the more commonly known H3 burst
charge. The volume of gas production is 562 cubic cm per gram, compared with
280 cubic cm per gram for black powder. Can be used as lift for ball shells
8 inch and smaller, and up to 3 inch canister shells having up to two
breaks. Can als be used as a burst charge for 2 inch and smaller shells."

You could be right Alan, I was using Sulfer earlier on and the H-3 was For Burst, So it's likely that there could have been Sulpfer on the floor or my shoes. Still a good lesson and still don't think 'Ol Pritch should Ram it.

H3 should burn faster than BP, but not as fast as flash. My experience is that when loose meal powder is burnt, it makes a "SHHHHhhhh" kinda noise, powdered H3 burns faster with a fierce tearing noise, like loose whistle. Granulated H3 burns with a soft thump, like BP, but louder. Good flash, OTOH, makes a definite thump or pop.

When confined, H3 is noticably punchier than BP. As well as burning faster, it produces about twice as much gas as BP (and perc-Al flash produces no gas, at STP), so is indeed a lot more powerful.

I have had a few crackles and puffs of smoke from whacking H3 on a concrete floor with a hammer, but it took a quite bit of doing - much more than a chlorate-sulphur mix, and did not fully ignite. I might add that this test was done outside, not on the floor in my workshop.
