MSDS info usually has transport information listed. They will tell you which can be shipped internationally, and if so, which packing class they are in. Just thought this might help. Remember, if it says ORM-D, it doesn't mean they can be shipped internationally.

On a MSDS note, according to CHIP regulations (UK) a MSDS gets sent when the sale is to a company. When the sale is to an member of the public, no MSDS need be sent, but there are strict labeling rules and most of the information that would be on an MSDS should be on the label. There are many other rules as well conserning labeling and shipping.
