Hi.

Just joined this forum so thought id say hi but i allso have some questions for you all if you dont mind,Ive found a number of suppliers on the net for saltpetre and other chemicals but i was wondering if any of you have heard of them or maybe bought from any of them,Are they trust worthy and are the qualty of chemicals any good,The list is below,Appreciate any info you have.

Ps..what does this mean...13-0-46,Ive seen it when they tell you the qualty of saltpetre.

Welcome Mike, I can certainly recommend Garden Direct. Never bothered looking elsewhere!

potassiumnitrate.co.uk -
garden chemicals - not good (flowers of sulphur)
sasuagemaking - never heard of them, i assume quite expensive
garden direct - reasonable!


13-0-46 - refers to NPK fertiliser. N-Nitrogen P-Phosphorus K-Potassium
Content = N - 13, P- 0, K - 46

So thats what 13-0-46 means i thought it was some sort of ratio,Kno3.com does seem expensive,thanks for your help so far everyone.
