Hello all, this is my first post. I will mention a possible supply of KNO3

Krista K Potassium Nitrate

http://www.jfcmonro....ails.asp?id=519

?10.88 for 25KG

Not bad eh

Postage is ?20.01 to where I live in Hampshire

They sell sulphur as well which I am currently enquiring about.

My question is though does anyone know if this is useable in BP

It is from a horticultural supplier like GD I suppose but I am not sure of the Krista K variety

Here is another store I’ve bought some stuff before from them
Good quality stuff not too much of a bad price.

http://www.hobbychem.co.uk/

I’ve got some good quality BP with the ingredients

I use Krista K for my meal powder and I am satisfied with the result so far.

?10.88 for 25kg beats GD. Even with the delivery charges its still good.

JFC monro is based in Hayle in Cornwall. This is VERY good news for cornish pyros.....

Only lasted me 6 months, yet again I do make a rather lot of very large fountains...

www.gardendirect.co.uk

they have KNO3 ?10.55 for 2kg, sodium nitrate ?6.95 for 6kg and chilean nitrate of potash(KNO3 i assume) ?7.00 for 6kg. Im not sure about the purity of the chilean stuff, but this seems the cheapest web source of nitrates that i have found :) .

Chilean nitrate is sodium nitrate or NaNO3.
