That's very good to know - thanks for the headsup.

And not a bod postage time either!

I think I'm finally going to make my order.

Excellent! I really do hope that you have a good an experience with him as I did! I think that the trick to keeping him in contact with you is simply to keep e-mailing him! On a side note I should hopefully be joining the UKPS very soon and look forward to seeing you all at the next AGM!

Regards,

Mike

Cool!
My order has been placed on 27-12-06 and i still have nothing.
He told me he shipped the package on 6-1-07 so i still don't know if i was cheated or not.
FYI a package from UK to Greece takes from 2 to 8 days and 6 from us. I have received orders from many countries with max delay 2 weeks.

I ordered a 1 gallon bottle of mineral oil from the states and it took over a month to ship! (Apparently this is normal or so they tell me).

On a different note it took two pallets of an order of plastic shell parts one week from Spain, It should not take too long to get here. Stuff I order from Wolter in the US takes around 1 week too.

Just my 2 pence worth.

From the US to UK it depends on the service shipped with. I believe wolter ships by Priority mail, which does take about a week and is pretty economical for smaller items. For larger things they would probably go by economy class or whatever it might be called. This takes a hell of a long time, up to 6-8 weeks in some cases.

I just went to the mall today. Decided to stop by the pet store and browse. I found a plastic jar with 14Lbs of Sulfur. It says(pure granular elemental sulfur) on the label. It was $20 so, like any good pyro i got it. Came home, did a little grinding in the coffee grinder and success. It works! Whipped up a little Bp but i replaced the charcoal with powdered sugar. I also made some KNO3,AL,S flash. Worked marvels, very happy i can get it locally now. The company has a site its: http://www.carib-sea...arinespeci.html bottom of page. I know it has that bacteria, but it only works in an enviorment with no oxygen.

Agreed i'm looking forward to making some decent blues. Did he give any indication of how long 'a while' would be? I'm off travelling in a month ot two so i'm wondering whether its worth buying a larger amout (which I don't really need) off another site.
