How often did you contact keten? and how often did he pick up the phone to you?
I'm sending at least 1 email a day and ringing 5 times a day! He is persistantly annoying me...
I hope to hear from him soon though it has only been 3 weeks...

Well, I personally wouldn't want to piss him off with spamming him before you get your order, just be polite untill you get your order, which may be your last. There are other suppliers around, though Keten has a really nice range of chemicals and reasonable prices.

Hmmm,
Its not a case of spamming him, as I am always polite and respectful in my e-mails. It would be utterly stupid to piss someone off when they have your money in a different country...
I doubt that this will be my last order as I am still sure that it will be delivered... eventually.
He really does have an excellent array of chemicals and really good prices, and while I know that there are other places around, I am sure that they dont offer anywhere near as good prices as keten does.

Apologies for the double post but I just wanted to say that my order from Keten was shipped today and should be here soon!
Apparently he fell down the stairs, needed stiched and possibly got a concussion...
Well... I do hope it'll get here soon!

1. a chinese firework went off in my hand, causing me to be hospitalised for several weeks.

2. a stomach infection has caused me to be hospitalised for several weeks.
