Does anybody think that this fellow of whome you appear to have all had various troubles with ships outside of Europe - or more specifically to Canada?...

You see, I have been looking for a supplier if most popular oxygen donors for the last few months. Most of whome I contact tell me that they won't ship to private addresses - schools and companies only.

One supplier gave a link referring to another, of whose minimum price for potassium perchlorate is $14 for 100 Grams (I suppose around 6-7 GBP). This is all I can find.

Other small chemical suppliers have since left the net.

My appreciative sentiments to anybody who knows a supplier in Europe who may be able to ship here.

Anyone have a supplier of Indian or German aluminum that will ship internationally and wont charge a arm and a leg?

Cheers

They have titanium in various mesh sizes. The price is the same for all, 27,95 eur pr. kg, and you have to order minimum 25 kgs... Indian Black is 5,43 eur pr. kg. also this is minimum 25 kgs.
The shippingprice starts high, but flattens out quite fast.
For instance, 25 kgs cost about 100 eur, but 125 kgs cost 210 eur.
And for those who didnt know, NP only sells to companies, not individuals.

I could order easy but i don't know how legal is to ship KClO4 to my Country.
They have the best prices. Even if you get perch for 200 it is still cheaper than to buy from various dealers from EU.

Okay, this could be way out there, and someone feel free to shoot this out of the proverbial sky, but would it be possible for the UKPS to place an order and then sell the products on to its members?
Or, if there was enough interest, for members to chip in and the UKPS to order for us?
Just the ramblings of a pyro!

Mike

I doubt the UKPS are going to be so enthusiastic about the idea as we are.

Exactly!
And at those prices the UKPS would probably have no shortage of customers! And it would be a brilliant way to generate more income....
Could an admin comment?

Due to the potential legal issues amongst other things, it is not possible for us to consider this. We would have no controls over the end use of the products, and there are fairly obvious implications involved. We would rather invest time in setting up licensed workshops and provide access to chemicals etc in a safe, legal environment where manufacture can be conducted.

That is more than fair enough.
If I may... you said;
'provide access to chemicals etc in a safe, legal environment '
Does that mean that we would have acess to chemicals not ours, if you know what I mean?

Mike

Damn, it's places like that,
that would make my mom happy since she has asked if such places
and it would be the only way she'd calm down!
