Anyone bought anything from chemicalslab.excelsa.co.uk???
Ordered some stuff on the 12th Sept 07, order updated to processing, and haven't heard anything since.
Hopefully I haven't lost my money.

@Leosedf,

I see you're from Greece. You must know he ships with GLS, and I think GLS doesn't work in Greece. If I see on their website here in Belgium, I see that they doesn't ship too Greece. Maybe they can ship from Poland too Greece but I think it isn't possible.

I allready got a package from him in 3 months. But as i see now his service gets improoved.

RangerOfFire, that's the address listed on the site as well and 192.com lists it as well.
No phone number at all.

Done some research and I am 100% positive he is a member on this forum.
If you are reading this, I have sent you an email.
I don't want to start bad mouthing people on here.

Cheers RangeOfFire your a star!

The information is free available yes, but it is in a place that you have to specifically look for it to get it, and know what your looking for! DNS lookup does not allow bots of search engines to trawl details either, so you can't just google it! That is very different from being in plain, searchable public view.

Looks a heck of alot like Inoxia.co.uk.

Id be tempted to check with Steve and see weather he has given permission for his pictures to be used.

Unless that is, its an offshoot of Inoxia.

Regards,

Mike

EDIT: Having seen the above post, perhaps it would be wise to ignore this one.

You've had a reply to your email. If you haven't received it, email back and check junk filters!

No junk filter on my end, no email received.
Just want to know what is happening with my order.
I know the company is very new, but I thought I would try it and post my experiences.
Being new I was checking to see if anyone else had used it before I start hassling people.
If there is genuinely a delay or an issue with my order, it would be good to know about it.

I already knew the address posted by another member, as I know how to use the interweb as well plus its on your site.

I'm going to assume Andew here runs that site, based on a few coincidences/response patterns I noticed.

In which case I'll add that site to my "trusted suppliers" list. Tony, please let me know how it goes.

I have sent an email to an address I have had a reply to before (last week)
Hopefully this will all be sorted out.
Only posted to see if anyone had made an order on that site before

Slightly OT: A persons profile tells a lot about them even if they don't think it does.

Edit
Just received a reply to the email I sent earlier today (not the one I just sent)

Surely the full contact info is now legally required to be displayed on the home page of the site, as of Companies Act 2006?

See http://www.out-law.com/page-7594

I'll prefer to buy from Inoxia for the time being...

This thread is going to look really weird now!

Fair play.

I know the company is very new, but I thought I would try it and post my experiences.

Very new! But it's a long story.

If there is genuinely a delay or an issue with my order, it would be good to know about it.

The 'delay' is because orders are shipped/processed once a week. The shipping page describes it all accurately!

I already knew the address posted by another member, as I know how to use the interweb as well plus its on your site.

The address on the site does not appear on search engines, nor next to names. This forum is very very searchable and incredibly well indexed by google etc. Finding things on this forum is often easier using google externally rather than. Thus the concern for well published details!

Processed on a Friday, this is what led me to ask the initial question.

Now your address has been deleted from the a previous thread, google shouldn't have stored it.
I see you have an interesting job though :)
