Hi once again. Found that site you said to go to and found loads to do with airfloat charcoal, which is nice. I beleive that you can get willow wood charcoal from art stores, willow wood seems to be a popular choice. Then I'll try to grind this down to the very fine powder that I need. Can't do this for a week or so because I need to get the charcoal and equipment together first. Once I've done this I'll be ready for your next installment. If thats ok. Thanks again. Damo

Depending on how many people want it I can get plenty now but at cost? I recon it will be about £19.50 or £20 per kg as its expensive in the uk from anyone I can find. If I get it cheaper from anyone Ive contacted it should be considerably less like it is aborad. Hopefully Ill be able to have it at a reasonable price soon but iff not thats how it stands.

Okay, I know that I have advocated keten's chemicals in the past, but with my most recent order I have the sneaking suspicion that I have been screwed over royally. Can anyone tell me how long they have waited _Since they were told that there order was shipped_ for it to arrive.

As urgent as possible would be very much appreciated so I know weather or not to involve Paypal.

I currently have beenn waiting 4 weeks and 2 days since I was told it was shipped.

I had the same scenario with pyro planet, who was shipping from the southern united states although their headquarters are in England. Wait another week.

Hmm, so you didn't get a tracking code then? Last time ordering from keten, the same thing happened to me. Initially he claimed he sent the package. After a while he stopped to respond. I finally decided to file a claim with paypal, and not many hours had passed when I got a reply from him. He had some weird excuse for the thing. Long story short, I received a picture of the package and a tracking code shortly after.
Not one of my orders with keten has been completed without extra hassle. Personaly I'm not going to order from Keten again. Most chemicals are available cheaper from suppliers I trust.

This keten seems to have a very fragile health, or be exteremely unlucky to always end up in hospital...

Yep, I was told that I would be given some more info 2 days ago and have yet to recieve anything.

I think its Paypal time.

I was also told that he has recently been in hospital. Not bloody good enough if you ask me, should have had someone around to cover!

Seems this chap is very hit & miss

He sent me a photo of the dispatch paperwork with the tracking number but the image was cropped and I only saw the last nine digits of the tracking number

Furthermore I think he has shown me the despatch details of my first order as the address is wrong

I have to wonder whether this guy is competent to be running any business let alone a chemicals supply business

I will give him another couple of days then it will have to be back to Paypal

I'm waiting for my order to arrive. He sent my package on thursday so i'm expecting it next week. So far everything has been going well, comunication so far has been excelent so i'm confident i'll recieve my order. Fingers crossed.
