Ah well, if I still have no satisfactory replies from him when I check my email tonight I will escalate this to a Paypal claim.
Do yourselves a favour people, AVOID HIM !!

So it might be from Keten, as I am only awaiting a package from Keten at the moment.

I understand it as we pay little in shipping and wait for ages to recieve parcel. But maybe there is an opprtunity to pay more, then recieve earlier - KeteN just thought we knew.

Pudi, if I may ask, how long ago was that conversation?
Has anyone had any direct news from Lukasz?
Thanks everyone.

I will also probably order 50 kg of flake Al, approx. 60-250 mesh. If there is any interest for this, let me know.

With many orders I suspect his carriage cost is as much as the chemical value so I think he waits for there to be several parcels to go.
Does anyone have a hard address for him? I may have contacts in Poland.

I was just sent this e-mail:
Witam
Proszę uprzejmie o cierpliwoc, z powodu powikan po chorobie pan Lukasz Mikus wkrótce sie skontaktuje z Pastwem w sprawie przesyke/zamówie
z powaaniem
Agnieszka Stolarz
Which, from a brief encounter with an online translator I believe means;
Please be patient with Lukasz Mikus because of his recent illness.
If any Polish speakers are able to provide something better then it would be very much appreciated so I'm not stuck in the proverbial ether any more!

Okay the whole illness thing just became alot more realistic in my opinion.

The whole illness thing might be because he feels bad about telling people that their chemicals might be delayed...
(Maybe he does not stock them all, and might be selling some of them directly from a factory, causing a delay?)

If he genuinely had despatched my goods when he said he had, he would be able to tell me when the courier collected them and the tracking number
Transnational logistics companies dont just lose bar coded tracked packages, it would be bad for their reputation, I believe he never sent the goods
Maybe he buys the chemicals elsewhere when we pay him and then forwards them on ?
Whatever happened, I wouldn't mind so much if he didn't try to lie or ignore mails.
If he was straight up I wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer

I do agree very much, if he was upfront about how long it was going to take I would not mind waiting longer. The problem for me comes when he lies and refuses to answer attempts at communication!
Oh well, I shall keep trying and trying to see if I can get my stuff sent to me (As I too am disbelieving that he actually sent my goods).

I've been recently trying to secure a large amount for a manufacturer but it unfortunately appears that the sale inst going to happen on the scale we were initially looking at therefore I still have a load available to me if I can get rid of it. Its de barked very consistent charcoal which I've tested and found to be ever so slightly faster than the stuff I produce myself.
Price will be a maximum of Ł13 for the raw product which is very small chippings and sticks of charcoal and could be down to around Ł11 if they will bag and ship it to me in smaller amounts than I was initially wanting. Price for milled stuff is negotiable
I've probably sold 30kg already I want some myself and know some others who will want it so I'm trying to get rid of about 100kg so there's some left in stock.
Please email me if your interested and Ill keep you all updated as to what the progress is.
