I have had a few products from this brand, they are extremely good but like Kimbolton you really pay for quality in the high retail prices, good if you have the space for their larger items, not so good if you don't have the budget or cash to afford them!

well i know this is 1 1/2 years late but yes they do have a website

and Anthony, I wouldn't say they were expensive, not in terms of value for money (vfm).
They're candles seem quite reasonable 6 for £7.80 seems quite cheap 10 shot 16mm.

never actually bought from them, but they have a couple of good reviews on the ukfr site

well worth a look i'd say!

, although I did research them about a year ago when this thread was made and now have a few of their cat 3/4 catalogues. They do some interesting stuff and have quite a wide variety of shells.

Category 4 Trained to BPA Level 1 Equivalent.

Shellscape must be a pretty big company, as I saw an article about an electronic fireing system designed by them which had a first run of several hundred units.

I think they are mainly display rather than retail - anyone know?

They are mainly display, if you look on their site there are pictures of displays they have done in China and in the UK. They only stock a few Cat 3 items really, their main trade is Cat 4 and displays.

Category 4 Trained to BPA Level 1 Equivalent.

The only cat3 devices of theirs I've experience of are the little 16mm candles which were good, inc. an unusually good (for small candles) blue. Their cat.4 stuff is good, just a shame they're so far away from here!

Trying to do something very beautiful but very dangerous very safely....

has anybody used their consumer fireworks before?

Someone mentioned above about cat4, but on their site it says cat3. I cant find any videos.

Any opinions would be great!

UKFR have some reviews, although not sure if they are of current stock.

pages 33 and 34, quite a few there, unfortunately i can't watch the videos, but the ones that have been rated are rated 8/9 out of 10, not bad!

one of my current favourite cakes is a 210 shellscape fan cake. their just down the road from me if anyone wants stuff collecting(law permitting) and bringing to meets etc.

It is somewhat open to interpretation, but their implication is clear enough- and pretty thoughtless, too.

Gigantic Crab!!! says that Shellscape are the best retail brand he has used. Best colours in the business and some very good effects, although Gigantic Crab!!! has no experience of any current (post reg change) products.
Previous faves have been their Shanghai and Sidewinder candles and their larger fan cakes (F1/F2).
