Hi Guys, just thought id post a quick message to mention a display cake that i believe is deafinately worth mentioning and that i would thoroughly reccomend to anyone looking for a decent air-b**b repeater style display cake.
I approached a local retailer in the search for a decent report / maroon rocket to signal the begining / end of a display that i fired over the guy fawkes period only to find that they had been banned (as i was told by the guy i was talking to over the counter).
He then pulled out a couple of small (ish) 25 shot display cakes that had a picture of a king on the front portrayed against a purple, somewhat psychadelic background.
The cakes were on sale for about ?8 each so i purchased a couple having been reccomended to me by the guy on the other side of the counter.
I am well aware of the 120 DB noise limit that has now been imposed upon Cat 3 (consumer) fireworks and was well impressed with the goods that these small (ish) display cakes provided.
It wouldnt surprise me if these babys were above the 120 DB limit or at least hovering just below, having set off numerous car alarms with 2 of these babies going off at the same time.
I will not state where i bought the above mentioned cakes due to obvious reasons!
