Yes yes that is a real shell. I did not produce it sadly. Hmm I am thinking if you could get a charcoal tail with some purple spark like stars it would make for a brilliant effect. You could use charcoal bits with strontium nitrate but how would you get a good blue in with the red? Copper oxychloride and carbonate are not so... how we say... disolvable ? lol. Perhaps we could even go for a purple charcoal tail, that might be quite magestic.
