Excuse my firework ignorance guys:rolleyes: that gold titan rocket jobby, I'v always wondered how much actual space inside that huge header is actually taken up by comp, stars ect.do they have a fake outer shell to make you think its bigger than it actually is as in over the counter fireworks?
Anyone with any links to any similar dismantled rockets?
Cheers
Passfire has an autopsy of rocket of that type. The header in that case was 50% enpty space, with a 2 1/4" ball shell inside.

The majority of larger rockets (usually the ones with sticks over 3ft) just have a small shell inside with a lot of empty space. Basically for the ?10 - ?15 you pay for these things you're getting a 3" Shell on a rocket. I avoid buying these now. Especially since the sticks could easily harpoon someone on the way down.
