I have, but that's not the reason for posting. When I try to get on I get an
'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' server error.

I have, but that's not the reason for posting. When I try to get on I get an
'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' server error.

I had this same error as a customer and thought that their site was down for some time. It is connected to a cookie or cached script file that the Inoxia site sets (possibly to recognise users). If it becomes invalid for whatever reason, as it seems to do so from time to time, you see the error message.

The simplest way of curing this is to identify the Inoxia cookie in your browser cache and delete it. If you can't find it delete all cookies and temporary files in the cache and restart the browser. You should then be able to see the site.

Hope they fix this soon.

The cookie problem is now fixed. If anyone is still having problems accessing the site feel freel to PM/Email me and I'll pass the message on to our technical director.
