I have made some ok fuses using chlorate that i think are quite safe



I don't think so. There is that 'C' word again! Paper soaked in *anything* is not a reliable (and thus not safe) method of ignition.

claims you can use rolled chlorate fusing as rocket propellant.


So how many people got killed before the site was taken down?

I start to get quite worked up when people mention Chlorate (be it sodium, potassium etc)...SO PLEASE DONT MAKE ME GO A LITTLE BIT PSYCHO!

No warning-status upgrade this time... but BE WARNED!
