is this site just for like pro pyros? or is it for new people to pyro who cant get stuff?

Welcome! Yes, you can post anything pyro related, and even non related, in the correct section. BUT before posting search to see if the topic has already been covered to avoid repetition. You'll find most topics have already been covered.
