If anyone needs any magnesium I can lay my hands on quite a bit at the moment.

Its in sections about 30mm to 50mm wide about 4mm thick and various lengths.

Not sure what the going rate is either so please give me an honest idea.


Lots and lots but limited supply so make yourself known.

And me please - I could certainly do with some for future use.

Looking at various commercial sources (magnesium anodes, mixed turnings etc), I have seen costs of about £12 + shipping per kg in smallish quantities. I have no idea what scrap / surplus values are though.

I have about 600g Mg plates lying around. Got a kilo of them for about 8€ @ ebay. I´d give them away for a few $ but I guess shipping is too expensive to most of the countries!
