I am using homemade, and I have tested meal, pressed in a tube, and granulated, both tested dry and slightly moist. Only meal ignited, and only when moist or dispersed in the air.
Yea, a Tesla coil would be good, as testing with too much power is always better, it leans to the safer side of things.
