I have come across some scrap Zinc Anodes, used for bolting to the hulls of ships.
The nearest scrapyard is quite some distance away and I was wondering if they will be worth anything as scrap?
10 bars of uncorroded zinc. pretty much pure, and about 20Kg per bar. (200Kg in total)
Any ideas?

Affraid not. Digi cam knackered. Getting a new one monday hopefully.
They look like what you would immagine a traditional 'gold bullion bar' to look like, but made of zinc and with 2 small removable steel brackets bolted onto the flat face at the bottom (used for bolting it to a ships hull)
each one is around 12"length 4" wide and 3"high.

Current bulk cash price is ~$1.7/lb and the current 3month price is ~$1.6/lb.

Again, depending on where you are, I'd be interested in buying some zinc (for plating bike parts).
