I sent an order to them over a month ago and it hasn't arrived and they're not replying to my e.mails. Is anyone else having problems with them?

I think Steve is having landlord troubles, but he recently posted here that all is still well and that if you experience delays you should contact him.

I ordered as well, he responded (late) but the order still went through, I waited a good 3 weeks for the items but they never showed up, according to Amtrack they were "Refused on delivery", even though they never turned up on my door step to deliver it! Inoxia apologised and gave a full refund and I hold nothing against them- but MAKE SURE YOU SPECIFY YOU WANT ROYAL MAIL TO DELIVER! Seriously, Amtrack are NOT good business.

I have used Inoxia many times and never had any problems with them or Amtrack.
Also many of the chemicals Inoxia supply can not be sent via Royal Mail.

Anyone know if Steve is still having problems? I've tried to contact him this week, but no luck.

I'm in Canada and I've ordered from Inoxia a few times. Always quick and no hassles.

Yes, I have myself bought a few items from them. Very good service. I was more thinking in the term of oxidisers, chems and such.
I contacted Steve some time ago, and he was looking for a new courier for such things.
But I guess that has not happened yet.
