The most useful thing for me though would be good quality, low cost potassium perchlorate. I'm paying GBP £20 per kg in the UK so making even a few hundred grams of colour stars is expensive - it should be a fraction of this price...
Cheap barium nitrate and strontium nitrate would likewise be helpful and perhaps some not so cheap ammonium perc.
Other than that, a range of fine, medium and coarse Al flake (or mixed sized flake / flitters) would be great for streamer stars and is not available here. I tend to use very little dark Al.

TIP:
Please post a list of what you want to see in the shop, and what you think other people might want to see there as well. I'm trying to find the 10 most wanted things by making a mark everytime someone mention it, so just because a chemical is already written by someone else, doesn't it neccesarily mean you can't write it too.
I'll limit to chems or perhaps visco in the first round, so no tools or tubes - sorry!
in which case
Sodium Salycilate
Barium Nitrate
Strontium nitrate
charcoal (Various types)
Potassium Perchlorate
Ammonium Perchlorate
Sodium Benzoate
Antimony trisulfide
Bismuth trioxide
nitrocellulose laquer
Titanium Sponge / Flake
Aluminium powder sherical (Various Mesh sizes)
Aluminium Flake
Magnalium (Various Mesh sizes)
Fuse
Cotton seeds
Rice Hulls

flitters would be nice but you have to buy it by the drum from eckart and that requires a fair bit of capital for a product that wont sell that well
On the contrary, I think that flitters and various sizes of mixed mesh flake Al would sell very well in the UK. I can easily see myself using several pounds per year for silver streamer stars, waterfalls and comets - there's no real substitute...

Will the shop even get started? I'm sure it will, but still not 100%, since it depends on a lot of things.
All I know is I can't satisfy all of you chem needs, I'll pick a few of the the most common wanted (Perc)
