Being entirely the wrong time of year to have to go through this malarkey, I need a new pulley wheel:
Aluminium, or anything that will not rust.
3" OD
1/2" belt width
1/2" bore
Needs a block bit so I can drill and tap to fit a small bolt (grub nut?) to fix it to the rotor.
PLEASE NOTE: the dimensions will need to be checked first, but If anyone thinks they can make this for me quickley please get in touch (Steve.Hall@inoxia.co.uk) asap. Please let me know what sort of price you would like for the work and metal.
-Apologies for spelling, I need to go out now-

I`m failry sure I have something like that in the machine room.
edit: it`ll be a V belt if I have one though, I don`t know if that`s any good to you, but it will have the grub-screw allen key type already fitted.

2" with 3/4" bore
2 3/4" with 3/4" bore
and a 2.5" with a 1/2" bore but it has no grub screw, it`s a free-wheel for the belt clutch.
everything else is chain drive, sorry dude

Exact dimensions are:
Belt = 3/8" (9.3mm)
Outside diameter of pulley = 3"
Outside diameter of the inside of the v groove = 2 3/8" - (if this dimension is even usefull?)
Bore = 1/2"
Width of pulley (excluding bit with the grub-screw) = 13.7mm
Standard single V groove.
If anyone can make it / have one please let me know.
Cheers

You would have to make a shim for your 12mm motor shaft with tape or hose pipe etc. but it might just work...

Check also that the incoming motor is the same speed as the old one! 1440 or 2880 rpm is easily correctable at this stage - get the right pulley!
