Scum like this need to be rounded-up and sectioned under the Mental Health Act. They're a danger to society. Why he/she done it in the first instance beggars belief, but there was a small child in that shop! Obviously, 'people' like this have no regard for human life. Someone could have been killed.
It would'nt surprise me if consumer fireworks end-up getting banned, with brain-dead idiots like this in our society.

If consumer fireworks get banned we are all worse off than we are now and even now we struggle to do our hobby. These types of Pr**ks should be locked away.
