Any day is good, really, Saturday like you say is probably the best.

It might be useful if you suggest a provisional date? That way, people can express an interest directly. If you want to suggest a date and start a new topic " Get together on ... " that would be a good idea!

OK, interest in fireworks to be resumed in the spring. It usually is. ;)

Just to bump this, if anyone else has appropriate space, and fancies a meet up please feel free to share any ideas! The next Leicester one is penciled in for March, I think?

I've actually still got a pretty good selection of fireworks, it seems like a never ending collection! One day I'll fire the last firework in my collection, but until then....

Oh, and the shops are always open!*

Even if you only use Cat 3, you would still need to be insured for the event if doing it for the hospice.
Unless you could get a professional company involved to put on the display for you, it would be better to keep it a private affair.

Getting a private venue for playing in is the tricky part, get that sorted and there will be no shortage of pyro-nuts willing to come bearing gifts.

Well sounds good to me, if you guys want a hand with setting up im sure i can throw in some fire balls ) :)
