Newerheless colored hummer, bees and serpents arenīt non-event. However obtain iformations from firework factories and forums is hard. Why?
I hawe a question about their funktion. I can make easy hummer with BP or BP enriched Al, no problem. But Brilliant stars and their placing, location is a riddle for me. Sorry, this is maybe obvious for anyone..but for me.... not!
Star-press-composition in the hummer tube-body is maybe good, maybe bad idea because light of burning composition will be partly hidden behind the tube margins. Maybe not. But pressed stars will be worse drying in the tube! Then clay plugs are unnecessary, or not?
Another idea require two tapped sars which are fixed on both of end.
What is better?
I need know-how, before tests, I want fire them in poka 70mm shells(cca 6 - 7 hummers in one shell). Composition is not problem, I will use any brilliant red, but what next? I donīt want walk along blind alley!
Do you know contacts for any specialists?
Where are specialists? Nobody donīt want send reply to me from Japan-factories:-)
Sorry, sorry for my english, I know it is poor, stupid.
Bye.
Karlos.

Example: Sorry, but we donīt give this information to you.....(accept)
They arenīt able to write only one word, only one letter. Nothing. Anybody mus speak in english, must, in their factory. Vrrrr, hhrrrrr >:-(
I nedd only basic information. Their products are like from the copy(printer), asiats(japanese, chinese) often copying.
Informations like a Lenght and ID of the tube are problem? Kind of binder...??? I donīt want their compositions! Their know how. ?????
Bye.

Hi KarlosH.I haven't started experimenting with those ones yet, but after watching that video a couple of times i came up with a idea as to how they might be made.
Watching the video you can see that the stars hang slightly before jeting off. This got me thinking that they could be small rocket like devices, but with a twist.
A star comp is pressed into a tube, but with a core formed. You'll see from the picture that there is space left in the tube for more comp to be pressed in,although i think it would best to load the last part in as if you were pumping stars. This would avoid damaging the core.
The idea is that solid star comp will allow the device "hang" and then you've effectively got a nozzless core-burning rocket.

I lowe two type of inserts. Colored hummers, and japanese called: bee and bees, firing from poka shell. Colored bees hawe really stright movement, wuthout spiral flying, only axial totation. I thing that they must have hole on side and bees, which flying spirally look like small rockets, unstabilised. But i need the best optimal size of hummers and bees. I donīt want make a many tests, and finis with poor product...:-( The poka shells contain usually 8 - 10 colored hummers, which must be lenght (with stars) cca 4 - 5 cm. Not more.
See this picture:

I will try to make this type wit stars on ends of classic hummers with ID=10mm.
Maybe....

First is maybe OK, and belongs to paper tubes with one hole in the plug(nozzle). Usually is filled with BP and Aluminum or titanium powder. (5 - 20%).
Their mowing is spiral.
Second effect called bees are small hummers with star composition contain Magnesium or magnalium, in the tube(main composition), not on ends. Hole is on the side and their mowing is straight with high speed rotation and humming sound. This product lightitng enough, because hawe high speed rotation, and human eyes canīt observe this.
Both effect are used in poka shells, with small quantity of granulated black powder.

Go getters are still question for me. Mainly optimal size for tube. Long tubes like 1 1/2 inch are not suitable, not for small shells, because most of go getters from japanese videos burn shortly.
??????
bye.

Both hummers and Go-Getters tend to do this, as there's a bit of a delay until a decent amount of composition inside the casing gets burning to develop enough thrust.Watching the video you can see that the stars hang slightly before jeting off. This got me thinking that they could be small rocket like devices, but with a twist.
