And storage of smokeless powders (generally HT3) would also require a registration. From memory (and I'd want to look it up if I were staking anything on it!) if you are storing ONLY smokeless powder, then you apply for the registration from the police, whereas if you are storing "mixed" then you apply to the Local Authority.
