Just a "heads up-" If your looking for fireworks, the Firework Factory in Lancaster is well stocked at the moment, and doing deals on Men Shun.

To be honest, my advice would be just to turn up, chat to them - say your an enthusiast and see if they are happy to do you a deal.

A lot of my favourite Men shun stuff will be gone for ever soon, so for me its a last chance saloon!

however

the service/delivery or rather lack of has me really annoyed at them to say the least

placed a £750 order on the 14th of April with delivery promised on the 17th april

that never happend

phoned the next day (the 18th) to enquire why and was told id be called back

that never happened

phoned the next day (sat 19th)to find out why after calling all morning and being diverted to a number no longer in use i finaly get an answer at lunchtime and was told id be phoned back , wasnt happy at that as you can imagine and told them that and was promised a call back in an hour

10 mins later i get a call explaining why my delivery didnt happen seems it wasnt picked up the day before delivery was due though no-one bothered to call me to inform me of this and to prevent a full day wasted waiting in for a delivery that wasnt going to happen not to mention the day after that waiting for a call back that never happened , was offered free stock as compensaton and was informed the items would be with me soon even if it ment them driving over personaly with them though to be fair i did say i wasnt in a rush for the items

however

its now the 21st May 4 weeks have past (even if not in a rush its long enough) and still nothing so called again to see if delivery was any closer and guess what ? was told id be called back in 45 mins to an hour

which surprise surprise didnt happen yet again

was hoping to double the order had the items been as promised (old reg) however seems i may be asking for a refund instead and going elshwere

Demand a refund definitely and ask who the top man is as you want to complain about the shoddy service. Also tell them that you are on this forum and you will be recommending that nobody shops with them. That might help.

ive already spoken to Chris and hes the one who never calls back as for being a member on here he already knows im a member of another forum where he posted the special offer which encouraged me to place the order in the first place , ive delt with shops all over the country and have to say that this 1 is by far the worst i have ever delt with

wouldnt be so bad but i past up on another offer from elshwhere that has now finished in order to buy from them

been down for me most of the day both with FF and IE however thier music side of thier site is working fine
