Video footage to follow as soon as I've mashed it up and thought of a suitably silly tune... (well actually I have already!).

PS - Know what you mean Portfire - We all got birdflu, headaches and temporary deafness - I've also got eyes that look like rare steaks - all good fun though!

Thanks again to Icarus for a fantastic event - you'll not see such variety in pyro anywhere else...

It has now got the point where I recognise most of the faces that turned up, it is starting to feel like a community of like minded individuals. I have joined other clubs for some of my other hobbies in the past and I have to say this is the most friendly of all in my experience. A big thank you to everyone who turned up and made this a great day.

Absolutely agree. Everyone has something to teach and something to learn. Pyro is a pretty inexact science/art and things will go wrong, but nobody ever seems to be nasty about it, as I have seen in other hobbies.
Well done everyone for some fantastic pyro and a great day out...

Arthur Brown: I seem to remember you fired THESE two rockets. If you did, what were they? The breaks were really big and round.

Arthur, have you got a link to a picture of them? Something that might be nice to copy I think.
I think there is actually a discussion about them on the Consumer fireworks board- Here There are actually 4 inchers too!

here are a few more short vids of some of the pyro from the night. We would have filmed more, but we only had a digital camera with a small memory card.
6 inch shell orange to red with red to green pistol
4 inch shell half chrys 8 and half win 31
4 inch shell ellern electric streamer
A different video of the 300 shot fan cake
4 inch shells veline green with 3% Ti and veline maroon
Poorly packed 6 inch shell win 16 to ruby red and loads of chrys 8 stars in the break
Rocket with colour changing header

i dont seem to be able to get any of these vids to work either in VLC player or wiwdows media player or even media player classic .anyone else got the same issue or is my pc trashed LOL
