Yeah, get more AP: not only is it hard to get, once you've used it things are never quite the same again, a bit like meeting a nice girl from Brasil .

Pulling this slightly back to topic (I'm trying not to think about the girl from Brazil!), are we to understand that Skylighter are now judging cases of shipping abroad on their merits? eg big order so we'll do this one?

Must admit I was pretty fed up when they stopped shipping to UK. We paid their extortionate shipping charges and they got their money by credit card, so I can't see what their problem was. Would have thought they wanted all the customers they could get given the Firefox situation etc...

I had a conversation with Harry a month or so back about buying some books (so no issues about hazardous material shipping), and he gave me the impression that they simply can't be arsed with the extra hassle of shipping abroad. The payment issue somone else raised earlier doesn't really hold either, they would only need to delay shipping until funds had cleared: anyway I seem to remember the last order I made was by wire transfer anyway.

I was informed by a member of the Skylighter team that it was due to a number of people posing as customers overseas managing to buy things using fake credit cards, though I cannot see why they cannot just wait until the money has arrived before shipping? I do not know, it really confuses me. Perhaps it is just a weak attempt to hide the real reason, which is that they cannot be bothered??

Caramanos lives in Puerto Rico which is officially US territory, so I would not count on Skylighter shipping to the rest of us.
