Hi guys and gals,

Does anyone know of good blue compositions involving the use of copper powder, as opposed to copper compounds (copper oxide, carbonate, benzoate, etc)?
I have some fine copper powder and I really do'nt want it to go to waste.
If you could include some old-fashioned formulas, then that would be perfect; I have a soft-spot for some of the old or rare formulas hardly used nowadays.

Have you seen these?:

You can make sexy blue/aqua strobes with it with a few exotic Nitrates too...

I believe that barium nitrate, PVC, copper powder and another fuel can be used to make aqua-ish stars. I have made greenish flames with copper powder / nitrate based compositions. But never blue.
