Can the cooking take place in two goes it cook for say 2 hours then top up charcoal and continue again when pot has cooled? just first batch i ran out of heat so only 3/4 cooked i have removed the cooking pot and plugged to prevent any further oxygen. i plan to continue again but will this charcaol be duff as cooking in two stages of does it not matter as long as its cooked slowly and with min oxygen?
Thanks

I would think that the charcoal that is already cooked would end up being over cooked by the time the un-cooked stuff is cooked, never seen cooked so many times in one sentence........ cooked.
