I am not trying to pick a fight I am actually a nice fella. I organise free events where we fire over £3000 of fireworks twice a year followed by a display again worth well over £1000 where we use products available from our shop so customers can see ideas of how it can fit.

There is a post on the "Displays and Events" board I started about demo nights this year- it would be useful if you could update it with your events.
OK, interest in fireworks to be resumed in the spring. It usually is. ;)

We also provide dvds of all the products we sell in our shop filmed and fired by us so we can give the very best advice possible. ie we know everything we sell down to the last screech!

tell me of other retailers with that product knowledge?

In my personal experience Epic are very knowledgable about what they sell, as are Great Northern Fireworks in Leeds. Staff from both fly out to China to see products being fired etc. The Firework Factory also test fire and film many items in their range.
