I think I know what has happened here. These will be fireworks produced when flashpowder based effects were still 1.4G (one or two years ago), and are labelled as such, which have become 1.3G under new regs.

To be fair, Men Shuns 2008 blackpowder range has a lot of nice pieces- certainly different from 1.3G stuff, but a great improvement on their "patch up" blackpowder stuff of 2007.

There we go! :D

Yay mystery solved!

Ok fair enough but their biggens which used to impress have caused quite a bit of anger, I wont deny it though, the Bicycle and Rapids finale barrages are very nice, just not in a price rage that I think reflects the worth, but I would have them in my display any day as I really respect Men Shuns products.

Plus their goggles which they sell do give me a giggle, because they are quite cute but for setting off even a few CAT 3 fireworks... ehhh get a visor! But you already know this :P

The government and otherl lobby groups and all the whiners so forth just hate the fireworks industry and keep imposing more rules and we should be thankful at least someone is still going to give us lots of flashpowder haha.

I wonder why...........

Flash Powder makes the firework what it is. If people dont like it, I will start imposing on them to ban the things I dislike, the fireworks industry just gets batted around because its such an easy one to attack.

I mean why do we always attack the tool and not the people. Someone uses fireworks to intimidate, harm or generally cause trouble. Blame them not the tool. Its like saying all dogs should be put down because some injure and have killed children. It's just scape goats constantly.

More people have injuries from cotton buds but I dont see a lobby against them :P
