We generally don't do a lot at Christmas, tends to be more of a family and friends occasion. However there's a LOT of fireworks at New Year (like China )
Trying to do something very beautiful but very dangerous very safely....

Thanks, pyrotrev! In China, fireworks ,especailly firecrackers are essential during New Year celebration,so retail fireworks will reach its peak during Chinese Spring Festival.

Some fireworks go off at Christmas- but generally not many!
As for New Year, there are lots of fireworks around (or maybe not so many this year) but no firecrackers!

OK, interest in fireworks to be resumed in the spring. It usually is.
