Where to find Cheap Paper Shells

I want to buy some paper shells not many,but wherever i find some they need more than what i buy in shipping.So i want a someone to send cheap shells in Europe as i live in Greece.
Do you have anyone in mind?Thanks a lot.

After you have a row of moulds a hemi is little more than some effort with some paper and paste. Then let them dry naturally til they harden enough to handle.
Keep mannequins and watermelons away from fireworks..they always get hurt..

I also checked w.pyro-stuff.com but it doesnt have small shells that i want...
