TC: Kimbolton themselves are allegedly out of stock as there is a problem with the printers. Take a look at www.blackwell.co.uk and search for ISBN 9780820604077 for the Lancaster 4th ed, still available in the US.
There shouldn't be any import duty or VAT on books, so the price seems very reasonable...
EDIT: The copy from Blackwells arrived after 14 days and cost me £63 all in. Get one while you can!

Re: Lancaster, I bought my copy here, it is expensive but delivered quick and a very nice book. I wonder if the Reverand would consider publishing online?
