Likewise, many thanks to Phil for sorting out the venue (and Arthur for answering the congestion charge query! I was wondering that too)

a great day in a nice air conditioned room, with like minded people and gaining a lot of knowledge. well worth the 3.5 hours there and back!!

Many thanks to all concerned

Glad you all enjoyed it - a good day, although not without incident!

& a long phone call with the police because we got mistaken for/mixed up with a firearms incident... (& overflown by police helecopter). And set off the burglar alarms in the main block.

Here is Chris with a 50mm shell breaking at about 8 feet - shows that proper PPE & safety proceedures do work - she was completely unhurt (and so was Andy) & carried on firing!

Has anyone had their test result back from Steve yet?
I seem to remember them saying 7 - 10 days for the results.

If you do not hear by the middle of next week, I suggest that you get in touch with Steve directly, but I do know he is snowed under with work at the moment...

Yes obviously - but I was just trying to find out if I was the only one who has not yet heard, or if we are all still waiting.

At this time of year IlluminateConsult are busy doing real shows and the site visits for other shows. Sometimes the certificates take a while.

Yes sure - no big deal really. It's just that they said we'd hear within 7 - 10 days, so not unreasonably I believed them..
If they had said 3 - 4 weeks (or whatever), I wouldn't have asked.
As I said - it's not overly important - just wondered if I'd slipped through the net, (story of my life)!:)

to answer your question Martyn, no not had mine either, but Steve did say they had people on leave at the mo and it may take a couple of weeks, so not particularly worried at the mo.
