i didn't study / do a thesis at uni on the subject, i mearly researched it to gain an understanding of it, albeit a limited one
and i wasn't talking about the intricies of communism or socialism. I was talking about state control and one of the tools they use....they being totalitarian ideoligists....Stalin / Mao, same diff,

and as far as calling in the old bill on a few kids in the park, i was acually thinking a little more sophisticated than that

hey trev, LOL, i love currys and kebabs, any chance of you becomeing the campaign manager ?

Yeah unfortunately we have the same here. If I were a cynic I'd possibly think "Divide & Conquer".

Thats exactly the theme from George Orwell's 1984.

I'm strongly getting to the point of believing that radical terrorists are not the major threat to our nation.

I think the biggest threat we face is MUCH much closer to home.

Yet you still called them to report someone selling Peroxide?

*hangs head in shame*

Yes I did and I begin to wonder whether I did the right thing

Although in mitigation, my motivation was they were offering 25 litres of 100% vol which scared me.

In hindsight, which is nearly always 20/20 , I am beginning to wonder which side of the fence the REAL terrorists are.

It's Wimbledon week, and the London Metro newspaper announced the arrest and prosecution of someone who had Tennis Balls at home -Which according to them was an ingredient of bo mbs.

Never let the facts get between a journalist and a good story.

Fair point, to be honest I was in quite a pedantic mood when I posted that : )

Am sure your intentions were nothing but honourable.

Arthur - I just found the story you're refering to. Pretty laughable.

Really don't see the logic in weedkiller + tennis balls = 'viable device'???

I found it so SAD that in Wimbledon fortnight, TENNIS BALLS were part of a terrorist device, when any fast bowler could kill with a cricket ball but these remain socially OK.
