hi.ive spent the last 16 years building them up.will be bringing them with me to the AGM.if your going i will see you there.

hi all glad you liked the pics.fire you have got some nice bangers there. most of the fireworks ive got are live and in full working order.all the fireworks you have seen + more i will be bringing to the AGM and i might be doing a little talk about them.and yes if your behaved you can hold them

Wow Blasterbert - how did you exercise such self control not to fire these? Ah, the 2d cannon complete with the little red plastic safety cap on the fuse - that brings back memories. What a collector's item!

When I was very young, about 8 or so, I recall having some small squibs that flew around at random for a few seconds and finished with a report. If I recall correctly, the end of the case was crimped and closed with sealing wax or somesuch, the only firework where I ever saw such a thing.

ive been in the industry a long time and you get told if anything is going.over the years there are more and more people collecting old british fireworks.sadly the items you have seen will never be made in this country again.im glad you have enjoyed seeing the pics of mine and all the others on here that have put pics up.at the end of the day we have 1 thing in common(keep our british heratage alive) .

Wonderful photographs! I remember standing in the local shop and staring at the big glass case which contained all of the largest fireworks he had to offer. They were all out of reach - both financially and physically - of all us schoolboy 'Penny for the Guy' ers though. I often wondered who'd be rich enough to buy them and I would delight in trying to imagine what the colours and explosions could possibly be like. Lovely to see some of them again.
