I'm having serious difficulty reading your posts, please use a spell checker or I will have to preview and correct all of your posts before sending them to the board.

If there is a reason why your spelling is so bad then please do let me know. I know people with Dyslexia and their spelling is not this bad!

OK, Why don't you just slow down then? Also try and run your text through a spell checker. It will be a big help if the archive is easy to read.

Though, if your are tacktfull and sensible you may get away with 3rd person refferances in the Special FX forum. But not like yours. It's certainly not for dicussing production of HE, It's for discussion of it's use in special effects.

About sulfates as oxidizers:

There is an interesting thread at E&W about CaSO4 (gipsum) and Alu powder. Some have tried it with good results. The CaSO4/Al mix is ignited with thermite or sparkler like composition and burns with a brilliant flame. There is also a website with some pictures of the burning mixture.

Haven't tried it myself yet, but I'm itching to do it.

This is a link taken from E&W showing a cast cylinder of gipsum and Al (ratio 6/4) burning:

I didn't know this composition until I've read the thread at E&W. But the pictures look promising to me. I'm realy itching to give it a try but have to wait till my Al-powder arrives.
