Personally, I've not seen anything I'd recommend from Dancing Red.
OK, interest in fireworks to be resumed in the spring. It usually is. ;)

had a pretty decent selection box from DRD a couple of years ago, and a cake called "devils ring" was pretty decent.

their rockets are naff, especially "little red devil" the fuse falls out of these before you even get a chance to light them!

I've had good and bad stuff from Dancing Red Devil but overall I wouldn't recomend them.

Dam I see a lot of rockets these days where the motor is also bent on them at quite a large angle :o. If the fuse was falling out on the small ones god knows if the 4" shell rocket would have fired correctly or not.

Hi,

I will only be spending about £80, so I don't really think it would be worth me going to a Fireworks shop. Think I will just keep looking in all of the shops, and some of the regional ones around the area.

A local shop that opens up as a firework shop around this time, each year normally stocks Bulldog and Fireworks International. Are fireworks Inernational any good? Never really used this brand, thats if it does open again this year.

Have a look around to see what is available - there's little point travelling around the globe for what you're looking for. £80 is not a lot these days when it comes to fireworks, but if you know what to buy and what represents good value then you should still get a reasonable (if informal) display on your budget. One piece of advice is to NEVER discount any outlet or brand - nearly every shop/range has something in it for those on a tighter budget. Let us know what you find.

Not sure what to make of that £50 selection box, or it's "noise level."

Very similar to sainsburys

e.g 1 shot roman candles, a family pack of a pack of 5 rockets, a fountain and a selection box for £15( or any three for £15)
