I concur. Morrison's is jumping on the fireworks boom bandwagon. they know nothing about fireworks and they're cheating us off with second grade stuff.
I didn't get too good a look at the selections, but I could guess that it wasn't good stuff, not enough variety.

This is my theory:

If its BOGOF steer well clear ie ASDA, TESCO, SAINSBUGS.

It its buy 1 save a little if you buy 2, BUY! ie LIDL.

any conformations on this?

just wondering why the hell would you want to go to costco as im shore the deals will be like morrisons and asda your much better off going to lidl as they are selling their original make weco and their good quality fireworks at an amazing discount value
as long as the tube isnt paper thin itl be fine as long as the tube is still as thick as it was so it can withstand the pressure form the explosive charge itl just blow throu a bit of ruff paper

I have already bought the ipename, 25 goldcarat and the fire fighters cake from lidls. Also am just back from aldi and picked up the terminal velocity rockets, was just asking what costco had!.

So, are these JTF fireworks worth the bother or are they as poor as the supermarket offerings?

The powder keg mines are pretty good for the price @ Asda. Ive still got a stash of the 20 shot space fight cakes here luckily.

Costco are doing:

1 big box of standard SIBs - i think 3 in it, for about £140

1 big standard selection box for £40

and last years roman candle pack called sharshooters, 6 candles, with the £5 off voucher, £18. (i had these last year and was quite impressed with them)

Having decided not to use supermarkets for Pyro,i relented, and went to LIDL and bought 4 of the Weco Cakes having seen the videos. These must be among the best items that supermarkets have stored,as most of there ranges are mediocre.

Haha,

Lidl are going to be soo made up that they chose to stock Weco this year. I bet they have sold more fireworks so far than what they sold all together last year with TNT (someone on UKFR has bought 12 25 carat cakes!).

I cant wait to fire these cakes as well as the fire fighter and inpanema cakes!

Hopefully Lidl will stock weco again next year too.
