i have tested 8 cocktail rockets they were pritty good for £6.99 about 4 were little crap pops and falling stars the other 4 had nice large star bursts with a nice report followed by a nice big crackling effect not bad 8 for £6.99
Was it the bigger rockets in the Cocktail Pack that had the good bursts? Were they proper booms or just a quietish but nice burst?
Cheers

hay mate thanks for uploading the tesco leaflet but i suggest you have a proper read and do some reasarch on fireworks such as prices, how supermarkets like tesco rip you off, how fireworks are constructed such as comp, stars, motors,
first off the exact same selection box tesco sell for £5 a pice is on sale on bogof in the firewrok warehouse the shot tubes are also available at most firework shops and they sell for around £2.50 the proper name for them is a single shot roman candle the cakes are 60% rapping i now because i dicepted one the rockets pop and release a few stars not what i call a rocket im not getting at you im just trying to make you understand that their fireworks are crap
Where is this firework warehouse? They are doing 2 x Tesco boxes for £5?? Sounds a good deal!

Bought a 25 Carat last night and fired it, thought it was ok. Nothing like the bangs on 1.3G stuff from Epic or the old school stuff. Thought it was more of a very loud pop but the spread was impresssive.
Not sure if I will go back for any more.
Thanks for the info and video
Glad to hear you think its ok, and that you mention the spread being impressive. Even if it aint that much of a bang they do seem great for £6.99 (or 2 for £12). And Im sure if you bought a similar priced barrage from a supermarket (if atall possible for £6.99) then you wouldn't be able to compare it at all!

I work on the Fireworks sales desk at Tescos and we got Standard Fireworks and the £5 selections box we sell loads of those to people who cant afford the expensive onees they are the ones that sell out and if you buy 5 fireworks priced at £5 each you get a free cake worth £25
And there are buy one get one frees and they have the shot tubes not seen them in any other shops
Out store Dose not sell the £80 Pure power box who would bou that we do sell the £60 High Voltage box but can't see us selling any
Thanks for posting the leaflet, supermarket fireworks are good for a small family on a back garden who don't want to spend to much money.

if you let one of their rockets off you would change your mind if you opend the cake up you would change your mind as i already said their window dressed and over 75% rapping the cake is available from the firework ware house for £10.99 your selling it for £25
I just think that if you only have a budget of say around £20 then a pack of rockets, a selection box and a small single ignition piece is better than nothing for a bit of fun! I know in the past I have done this when I have had a small budget and have had some fun. Yeah there not great at all but if you want a bit of fun and a little show maybe as well as visiting a display they are ok, lol he only works for tesco not his shop!

if you let ipanema of you wont say its a loud pop youl say its a nice boooommmmmm!
Hope your right there.
Will probably buy a few of each of the Lidl Cakes before Bonfire Night if they have any left, will be firing them in 3's after I've tested Ipanema and FireFighter first.
Some rockets I've had that are new reg have been awful, have got plenty of big rockets this year though, including a King at last.

yes i totaly agree he only works for tesco thats why i thanked him for posting the leaflet all my point is that the rockets dont even pop its just a few falling leaves , fish , stars totaly crap in my words you can get a good pack of rockets for less than a £10er in a proper firework shop also no matter how big your budget is you can get a much better deal in a proper dealer like for £25 you can get 3 cakes a nice box and some proper rockets from the firework warehouse and their not the cheapest ive got nothing against the guy that posted the leaflet im just trying to say my pice
if you let ipanema of you wont say its a loud pop youl say its a nice boooommmmmm!
Lol, I was joking about the working for Tescos thing, but it is good that people come on here and post leaflets for us all to see
Also, I cant wait to set my inpanema off! Hope its good, wish we had a video of it filmed like all the 25 carat ones we have!
Il be setting a 25 carat cake (lol) off as part of my birthday fireworks on Saturday so will be able to see what its like but for the price I am sure I wont be disappointed
