It's not uncommon to use AP with Al in bottom shots. Sometimes I do wonder how it behaves, they feel different, and seem louder at times.

I'm not suprised at that, as unlike normal flash (which results in substantially solid reaction products) it will generate a fair volume of gas.It's not uncommon to use AP with Al in bottom shots. Sometimes I do wonder how it behaves, they feel different, and seem louder at times.
Trying to do something very beautiful but very dangerous very safely....
