I have a large quantity of very thick 3" ID cardboard tubes. The walls are about 12.5mm thick.

These are more than strong enough for use as mortar tubes, for making some huge rockets if you are feeling mad. I have them in a variety of lengths, up to a metre long.

I have lots of these, many more than I can use. Hundreds.

I also have kraft paper of a variety of thicknesses. This is what is thrown out by a factory, so it does have stuff printed on it (and I'm not sure of the 'weight') buit I am sure it will work very well for all pyro uses. I have metres, and metres, and metres of it.

I do not want money.

What I am proposing, is that people who are going to be at this years AGM (coming up very soon now), who have rather a lot of something, and could do with some sturdy tubes or kraft paper should PM me, and we can work out a deal where we swap supplies discretely.

Anyone interested??

As long as live materials are not being bought into the building (owners would not like that) discretion will not be required - quite a lot of this sort of thing is planned to go on already!

Arthur suggested that I should state what kinds of things I'm interested. Since I've not been here for long, I do not have much at all. This means that I will accept almost anything, but obviously I have a preference for things that will help get me up off the ground as soon as possible, and in to the sky with fuses burning.

So I would be most interested in...

- Timefuse
- Aluminium powder, preferably the medium sized atomised stuff for glitters, but I can use any grades from flitters to dark.
- No one can ever have too much Potassium nitrate or Sulfur.
- If you have a pair of dirt cheap digi scales gathering dust, let me know.
- Hemispheres, I am sure I can use any size from 3" to... Well, no need for an upper limit :)

Other than that, I will be quite happy to accept almost anything, except for 3" tubes and Kraft paper, obviously, and also Charcoal, which I have cooked up somethink like ten kilos of...

Actually, if anyone wants de-barked, young growth willow poles I can bring a few faggots of them, or if you want different tree species, ask and I might be able to sort that out (but no guarentees!)

I do not have many PM's yet. I know it's only been a day since I've posted, but I want to get rid of these tubes, so I'm sure you will get a good deal (and if not, it's because you are being generous, it's barter)

I have the tubes in a variety of lengths too, so if your needs are specific, let me know and I'll bring you ones that fit your needs.

I still have heaps of everything to get rid of.

I also have a few buckets of vermiculite.

Thanks
