is there a way that i can get some charcoal in the chunks crush it and make it airfloat?

You can buy airfloat charcoal, you can make charcoal into airfloat fineness with a ball mill.
Lots of topics on mills and mortar and pestle methods already exist on the forum. Please spend a lot of time reading first. Do the reading to learn from the mistakes of others so that you don't make those mistakes - especially as mistakes can be very dangerous.
