Prices seem OK, but they ask for payment through paypal to be sent as a gift.

I don't think they are connected - prices are cheaper.
No problems - but it was a long time ago.

The KNO3 prices are stupid, I got mine @ £3.50 for a kilo plus £3.50 P&P from a different source. May stay clear then, was only looking potassium perchlorate. It's £18 for 500grams, does that sound OK? Are there any other (reliable) suppliers of this chem that any of you have personally used?
http://www.inoxia.co...roduct/152.aspx (@£18 per KG) still not cheapest but reliable and legal. Though there are other members on the forums that will sell less than £12 per KG once your known to people.
